Liquid Rubber 80
Liquid Rubber 80 is a tough, flexible compound used to repair damaged rubber parts and for the formulation of new components.
It repairs conveyor belts, fills concrete expansion joints, encapsulates parts, makes tough moulds, and patterns and lines equipment for abrasion resistance and noise reduction.
80 bonds to rubber, metal, concrete, fibreglass, wood and many other materials. It has exceptional tear strength and very low shrinkage.
It is self levelling and can be applied by either brush or pouring. When poured into a mould, it will make copies of existing parts.

Liquid Rubber 80 Details
Add Part A and Part B together in the correct ratio. 80 has a pot life of 20 minutes and a functional cure of 16 hours.
To repair worn and damaged rubber parts, it is poured into holes and tears to a thickness of at least 3mm to provide sufficient strength. It will cure to seamlessly fill the damage with a new rubber surface.
When creating new parts and replacement components, a mould must be taken of the original. 80 can then be poured into the mould box, where it will cure to the required shape.
For lining applications and noise reduction, 80 is applied via brush to surfaces to a thickness of at least 1.5mm. Applying multiple layers will build up a thicker, longer lasting, more resistant coating. The recoat time of 80 is 12 to 24 hours
