Liquid Rubber Trowelable
Liquid Rubber Trowelable is a tough, high-build rubber paste used to seal, repair and fill damage on rubber and other materials including wet surfaces.
It makes repairs to gouges in rubber conveyor belts, lines equipment for noise deadening, rebuilds rubber treads and reduces vibration between parts.
Liquid Rubber is also used for filling expansion joints and stopping low pressure tank leaks.

Liquid Rubber Trowelable Details
Add Part A and Part B of Liquid Rubber Trowelable paste together in the correct ratio and stir vigorously for two minutes.
Thickener is stirred in to the mixture until the desired consistency is achieved. Trowelable has a pot life of 20 minutes and a functional cure of 16 hours.
To repair worn and damaged rubber parts, Liquid Rubber Trowelable is spread and pushed into holes and tears to a thickness of at least 3mm to provide sufficient strength. It will cure to seamlessly fill the damage with a new rubber surface.
When filling expansion joints, Liquid Rubber is pushed firmly into the joint. Fill to 1mm below the height of the concrete to prevent overfilling.
For lining applications and noise reduction, Trowelable is applied to a thickness of at least 1.5mm. Applying multiple layers will build up a thicker, longer lasting, more resistant coating. The recoat time of 80 is 12 to 24 hours.
