Food Safe Grease High Temperature 165
Food Safe Grease HT 165 is for high temperature applications within the food processing industries where incidental food contact can happen.
It has been formulated to withstand temperatures of 165°C, encompassing wet and saturated environments, heavily loaded applications and where there is a presence of dust and other contaminants.
Food Safe Grease is suitable for all plain and anti-friction bearings as well as sliding surfaces, and it withstands frequent wash down of plant.
It is NSF Food Safe Certified and available in 400g or 12.5kg sizes.

Food Safe Grease High Temperature 165 Details
Food Safe Grease 165 can be applied manually, by using a standard grease gun or via a central lubricating system designed for and capable of pumping an NLGI No2 grease. If you are unsure, please consult a qualified centralised lubrication systems engineer before installation.
Compatibility with previously applied greases should be checked before the application of Food Safe 165 for the first time. If necessary, bearings should be purged prior to application of Food Safe Grease 165.
Care should be taken not to over-lubricate during the process. Apply the quantity of grease as recommended by the bearing manufacture.
Food Safe 165 containers should be stored tightly closed in a cool, well ventilated place.
