Superfast Titanium Epoxy Putty Stick is a titanium-filled epoxy repair putty in an easy-to-use stick format. It has a specialist formulation for high temperature applications, offering resistance up to 280°C. Superfast Titanium is most commonly used for the repair and refurbishment of pipework and machinery operating in extreme heat.
Superfast Titanium adheres to metal, most plastics, masonry, wood and ceramics. It has a 90 minute work life and achieves a full cure in 72 hours. It sets to a golden brown, titanium-like colour, and is resistant to chemicals and water as well as heat.
Each Titanium Stick weighs 114g, has a nominal 22mm diameter and is 175mm long. It contains resin on the outside and hardener in the middle. The user simply cuts off the required amount of putty from the Stick and kneads by hand before applying to the substrate to be repaired or bonded.
When repairing leaking pipework, Superfast Titanium is pushed into cracks with pressure turned off. It cures to a rock-hard material, sealing the leak with resistance to 30 bar.
It also repairs exterior pipe surface damage caused by pitting and corrosion. Applying Superfast Titanium to fill-in and rebuild weakened areas increases outer wall thickness, strengthening pipeline integrity.
Away from pipe repair, Superfast Titanium is used to fix tanks, tools and equipment, stripped threads, blow holes, moulds, patterns, casting, duct-work and automotive parts. It will not rust or corrode and can be used in both interior and exterior settings.

Superfast Titanium Epoxy Putty Stick Details
To use a Superfast Titanium Stick, the amount of epoxy putty required is cut off and kneaded by hand until it turns a golden-brown colour with no streaks.
Whilst soft, the putty is pushed into holes and cracks where it will cure, sealing and filling areas of damage. For bonding, you apply the putty and use it to attach the pieces requiring repair together.
Superfast Titanium has a work life of approximately 90 minutes. It can be worked within eight hours. A full cure is achieved after 72 hours. The cured material can be tapped, drilled, screwed, sawed, machined, ground, filed, or painted.
It contains no solvents or VOC’s, it is non-flammable and releases no noxious fumes. It will not shrink or pull away and the unused portion of Titanium Stick stays fresh for future use when saved in its original package.
Pipe repairs made with Superfast Titanium Stick can be overwrapped with a SylWrap Pipe Repair Bandage for added reinforcement.
